For Episode fourteen of the BLB Podcast, we spoke to the outrageously talented Gurnaik Johal about his debut collection We Move, out now with Serpent’s Tail. Gurnaik reads from his story Red River and talks about how he finds focus, writing about the Southall community he grew up in, his endless curiosity about other people and how the English language is “not this rigid thing, but like moldable clay”.
